_RETURNS

You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. Just attach a returns form and post it back to us. You can download/print a returns form here.

Please allow 2-3 days for refunds to be processed once we have received your return. If you do not have access to a printer, please handwrite the information on the returns form and enclose it with your return.

_EXCHANGES

We are unable to process exchanges.

If you would like to make an exchange you will need to place a new order for the items you would like to exchange, after your return has been processed.
