This policy explains how Satta Limited ("Satta", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit sattalivity.com, buy from us, sign up to our emails or contact us — and the choices and rights you have.

1. Who we are

Satta Limited is the controller of your personal data. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 8665207.

Registered office: 31 Alston Road, London SW17 0TT

  • Communications: messages you send us and our replies.
  • Marketing: whether you have opted in to emails/SMS, and how you interact with them (opens, clicks).
  • Technical and usage: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the shop, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform and payment processing.
  • Global-e — international checkout, currency, duties and taxes for orders outside the UK.
  • PayPal and other payment providers you choose at checkout.
  • Bezos / Ogden Fulfilment — our warehouse, which packs and ships orders.
  • Royal Mail, DPD and DHL — delivering your parcel (name, address, phone/email for tracking).
  • Klaviyo — sending our emails and SMS, if you've opted in.
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google and Pinterest — advertising, measurement and our shops on those platforms, subject to your cookie choices.
  • Recharge — managing subscriptions and account features where offered.
  • Gorgias — which we use to manage customer emails and messages.
  • Our accountants and accounting software — for tax and financial records.
  • Authorities — where we are legally required to.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UK (for example in the EU, Israel or the United States). Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

  • Order and transaction records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes.
  • Customer accounts: until you ask us to close your account, or after 3 years of inactivity.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
  • Customer-service messages: 2 years after your last contact.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work (for example your basket and checkout). With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies — including the Meta Pixel and similar tags from Google and Pinterest — to understand how the site is used and to show relevant adverts. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in our cookie banner and change your choice at any time; you can also block cookies in your browser settings.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you (free of charge);
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted, where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it;
  • restrict or object to our use of your data, including for direct marketing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.

To use any of these rights, email info@sattalivity.com. We'll respond within one month.

9. Security

We use reputable, secure providers and limit access to your data to people who need it. Payments are encrypted and processed by our payment providers.

10. Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.

We use cookies to ensure you get the best experience on our website.
