Satta is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and conscientious product development and production coordinator to work closely with the creative director and lead the development process across all categories of the collection (ready-to-wear/accessories/homegoods) from sampling to production.

Satta is an evolving creative practice founded in 2014 that explores subjects surrounding our connection to self and nature through garments and objects. Satta tells a story of livity - a lifestyle which embodies connectedness and balance with the natural world.


  • Management of the development critical path liaising with factories and suppliers daily to ensure ex-factory dates are maintained across protos, salesman samples and production.
  • Forecast production lead time and supplier capacity
  • Support design through developing seasonal collections from design concept through sampling to production
  • Set up and update range plans and techpacks each season, ensuring clear, concise and accurate comments and measurements are provided.
  • To have good communication skills and to monitor and push samples to be completed on track with the critical path.
  • Supporting in the seasonal research, sourcing, ordering and tracking of fabrics & trims.
  • Clearly communicate changes of measurement/fabrication/trims after each stage of fitting to the factory
  • Supporting on the costing process and data entry into costing sheets
  • Ensuring all product information is kept updated in our ERP system (Uphance)
  • Communicating with the factories to resolve any technical queries/challenges throughout production
  • Coordinate the shipping of inbound/outbound samples and bulk production between factories, our design studio, 3PL warehouse and wholesale customers.


  • Must be/be willing to be autonoma/autonomo
  • Fluent / professional proficiency in English
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar product development/production coordination role.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills, balancing multiple, and often changing, priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent Adobe Illustrator and Indesign skills
  • Good Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel skills
  • Design skills and ability to communicate with sketches is a plus.
  • Creative problem solver with an analytical and methodical approach to tasks.
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing cycles and processes covering a wide variety of products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively internally & externally.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good product knowledge and strong commercial awareness of the luxury fashion and streetwear markets.
