02 DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship all over this planet we call home. If your country isn't listed in the shipping options at checkout just drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
03 WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays. If there is a delay with your order we'll get in touch to let you know.

05 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER AFTER BEING SHIPPED?
All board orders are shipped with UPS courier service and will arrive internationally within 2-3 working days. For all other orders please see below as a guide:-

- EUROPE - 3-5 Working Days
- USA - 5-10 Working Days
- AUSTRALIA - 5-10 Working Days
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
06 WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size within 14 days of receiving your original order. Just attach the order slip supplied with your order and post it back to us.
07 WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
You can return an item for an exchange if you would like a different size of the same item. If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
08 WHAT IF I HAVE MOVED, CHANGED OR ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order or if you have moved. Address Confirmation is given in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us at email@example.com immediately.
09 CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE A SALE ITEM?
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a price adjustment, return, or exchange.
